Blazer Band


The Tolton Catholic Blazer Band is the instrumental music performing ensemble at Tolton Catholic High School.  This ensemble meets daily during the school day in the band room.  The purpose of the ensemble is to focus on refining fundamentals of music and tone production, marching skills, and concert etiquette. 

This performing ensemble is also one of the most visible groups of the Tolton Catholic High School Music Department and performs at all varsity home football and basketball games and also compete in area marching competitions.  Students are expected to attend all performances, of which most will take place outside of school hours.

This year-long course fulfills 1.0 Credits of the Fine Arts Requirement.
